Reply Monk

Reply Monk is an AI-powered engagement tool available as both a web app and a Chrome extension (currently in review). It automatically generates contextual, on-brand replies for social media platforms using deep LLM integration.

The backend is built on Bun and Node.js with PostgreSQL, Redis, and BullMQ handling job queuing and rate limiting. S3 handles media and asset storage, and Brevo powers transactional email. The reply generation pipeline supports context-aware personalisation, threading logic, and platform-specific formatting.

The Chrome extension surfaces reply suggestions directly within the social platform UI, reducing the time to engage from minutes to seconds. SEO, AIO, GEO, and LLM indexing are implemented on the landing page.
